If for any reason you decide your Finley product is not achieving the performance you were expecting, please contact us within 45 days for a return authorization.  You can then send it back in like new condition with its original packaging where we will refund you the purchase price.  Trade up merchandise that is returned will be exchanged with the original products sent in.

2 Year Warranty

 

All Finley Audio products have a two year warranty regarding manufacturing and material defects.  We will replace any defective product that has not been misused or abused.

If you wish to upgrade your Finley Audio products to higher tier or newer offering please contact us.  We will accept your used products in exchange for a credit.  The amount of the credit is dependant upon which items are traded.
